Hear from author, activist and blogger Cory Doctorow, Melbourne Writers Festival Director Lisa Dempster and Peter Williams of the Deloitte Centre for the Edge as they discuss the current issues facing online communities and the future of storytelling, sharing and remixing in the digital age.

Cory is the co-editor of Boing Boing and the author of young adult novels like Homeland, Pirate cinema and Little brother, and novels for adults like Rapture of the nerds and Makers. He is the former European director of the Electronic Frontier Foundation and co-founded the UK Open Rights Group. Born in Toronto, Canada, he now lives in London.

This unique event is presented by the Centre for Youth Literature as part of the Library's Digital Society series, exploring the interface of digital and analogue worlds and their impact on human experience and innovation.
