Whether you're a shower soloist or bedroom diva, come and join in this joyous community singing event inspired by our Victor Hugo: Les Misérables – From Page to Stage exhibition!

Learn the melody or the harmony part to the Les Misérables classic 'Do you hear the people sing?', then take part in our attempt to create the biggest public performance of a song from the musical, under the baton of original Australian Les Misérables cast member Martin Croft.

Performing on the State Library forecourt, the massed choir will be joined by special guest Chris Durling, currently starring in the Melbourne production of Les Misérables in the role of Enjolras, with piano accompaniment provided by musical director Vicky Jacobs.

Come along with your friends at 12pm sharp.

Victor Hugo exhibition

Make the most of the Victor Hugo experience with a visit to our world-first exhibition, Victor Hugo: Les Misérables – From Page to Stage, and discover the extraordinary story behind one of the greatest novels and most popular musicals of all time. Book online at Ticketek.
