Exhibiting Melbourne: the city in the museum

Visitors to Melbourne can now interpret the city's history and culture through a range of galleries and exhibitions, including the City Museum, National Sports Museum, Immigration Museum, the State Library's exhibition The changing face of Victoria and Museum Victoria's Melbourne story.

This discussion features museologist Linda Young, Professor Graeme Davison and Deborah Tout-Smith of Museum Victoria.

Linda Young is a historian, curator and senior lecturer at Deakin University.

Professor Graeme Davison is a Sir John Monash distinguished professor at Monash University and the author of The rise and fall of marvellous Melbourne.

Deborah Tout-Smith is senior curator of Cultural Diversity at Museum Victoria.
