He discusses how to cooperate with the major emitters (China, India, and Brazil). He also looks at Australia and the near Asia region, or 'being the mouse that roared'.

Dr Peter Christoff is Professor, School of Anthropology, Geography and Environmental Studies, University of Melbourne. He is Vice-President of the Australian Conservation Foundation and, formerly, a director of Greenpeace Australia-Pacific. He is currently engaged in a comparative study of climate change policy across three federated states, including Australia, Canada and Germany.
