Chat with a Victorian Librarian

In September 2007 the Library introduced a dedicated Victorian online chat service in which users can ask Librarians questions in real time and get fast research guidance. The new service is a key project in the State Library’s slv21 program, which is delivering a range of digital information services and resources to the people of Victoria.

Hear Chris Wade introduce the features and aims of this important new service.

This forum was held at the State Library of Victoria on 2 October 2007.
