[Melbo]urne Public Library Vestibule [West Annex of Domed Reading Room]

Preliminary sketch design for variegated coloured marble treatment in both levels of the staircase in the inner vestibule. There is a plan of the first floor, gallery or landing level and the ground floor, of the inner entrance vestibule. The two sections, through both levels, A B, north south and C D looking north, show yellow and green coloured marble.
