Half plan of the ground floor extensions showing the present north wing of the Library and the proposed north wing along La Trobe Street with a projecting pavilion at Swanston Street. The nouth quadrangle is shown and the northern portion of the Rotunda and the Great Hall. The Rotunda is ink and pencil on paper pasted over the sheet. The wing along La Trobe Street in ink and watercolour, is also on a pasted down flap of paper. The building is in brick.
