Create handmade gifts that will spark joy for all
Spread the festive cheer this holiday season by making your own decorations, cards and wrapping paper. Whether you’re shopping for that hard-to-buy-for aunt or looking for the finishing touch for your Christmas tree, our festive craft workshops will add extra sparkle to your gift-giving this year.
Unwind with a drink (or a cheese box) in the beautiful surroundings of State Library Victoria and join us for an array of joyful craft activities led by talented local artisans and specialists, including:
- Pompom tree decorations with The Studio Workshops.
- Festive pop-up cards and paper stars with Paperazzi.
- Gift wrapping paper creations with Rachel Gyan.
- Gift tag creating.
When you’ve finished crafting, wander through our Handmade Universe exhibition, stay for a beverage from the bar or check out Readings for more gifting ideas.
Please note: cheese boxes are no longer available to purchase.
This event is for adults 18 years old and over.
State Library Victoria Cultural, Family & Student members get early access to our upcoming events. To get your tickets ahead of the crowd, become a member today.
