Christmas treat for the men of 3E at Heidelberg Military Hospital supplied by the girls of B shift of Dominion Can Co. Annex. These girls go out to this hospital each week with flowers & amenities

Shows wounded soldiers sitting at dinner tables eating dessert, being attended to by volunteer women. The room is decorated with paper lanterns and the Union Jack hangs on the wall.
