Single storey stucco faced bank and residence combined, with Arts & crafts style parapet and gate. Plan, elevations and sections, show the front entrance to the banking chamber, manager's office and strong room and the side entrance to the residence with the hall, sitting room and bedroom. At the rear of the bedroom there is a bath in a cupboard. There is a detail plan, elevation and section, of the outhouse, a containing an earth closet and urinal and an elevation of the timber gate with Arts & Crafts style lattice work.
