All aboard the Soft Stories train!
Come along to the Pauline Gandel Children's Quarter to see the 'Storyline Express': a miniature locomotive carrying friendly and furry passengers through a city full of stories crafted by our youngest visitors.
Children will have the opportunity to build the cityscape surrounding the train with self-directed activities provided by the Library.
This installation is suitable for toddlers – 8 years and will be available to view throughout the summer school holidays. View the Library's opening hours.
‘Storyline Express’ is the creation of Melbourne art duo, Soft Stories - Isobel Knowles and Cat Rabbit. Discover more about Cat and Isobel in a Q&A that covers everything from crazy train stories to being busy beavers.
